G.I.S.M. bio

Vocals: Sakevi Yokoyama
Guitar: Randy Uchida
Bass: Kiichi
Drums: Ironfist Tatsushima

Tokyo's Glam Metal-Punks G.I.S.M. ("Guerilla Incendiary Sabotage Mutineer", "God In The Schizoid Mind", "Guy In Suicide Mission", "Gai Individual Social Mean" or "Gnostic Idiosyncasy Sonic Militant"), featuring guitarist Randy Uchida of the RANDY UCHIDA GROUP and SABBRABELLS bassist Kiichi, debuted with the 1984 'Detestation' album through Dogma Records. An early drummer, Monamour Hiroshima of the RANDY UCHIDA GROUP, would be superseded by Ironfist Tatsushima.

The 'M.A.N.' ("Military Affairs Neurotic") album followed in 1987 for Beast Arts. Thirteen years later the 'SoniCRIME TheRapy' album emerged. The oblique song titles of this outing referred to the composers, hence 'RUNS' denoting Randy Uchida aNd Sakevi. Randy Uchida died shortly after this release.

G.I.S.M. has been heavily bootlegged, including German pressed 7" singles 'Anarchy Violence' and 'Victorious Picture' on the Japanese Leather label.
